Who we are

Curbside Clues is a DBA of Alibi Entertainment Group LLC. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Ohio, and any dispute is handled there.

You're outside, on real streets

A hunt means walking a real downtown, in real traffic, in whatever weather shows up. You are responsible for your own safety and for obeying traffic laws. Don't trespass, don't climb anything, and don't do anything a clue seems to suggest but common sense says not to.

Assumption of risk

By playing, you accept the ordinary risks of walking around a city — physical exertion, uneven sidewalks, traffic, weather — and you release Alibi Entertainment Group LLC from liability for injury, death, property damage or loss arising from participation.

Players under 13

A parent or guardian has to agree to these terms for anyone under 13, and stays responsible for them for the whole hunt.

Your photos

Photos you submit are stored as part of your hunt. We may use them to show what a hunt looks like. Tell us and we'll remove yours.
