Individual tickets

Walk the whole hunt and feel it wasn't worth it? Tell us and we put your money back.

Tickets do not expire and are not tied to a date, so there is nothing to reschedule. You can also use one in any city we run.

We don't refund for circumstances outside our control — weather you didn't like, a group that didn't show, a phone that died.

Bought through Groupon

Groupon purchases have to be refunded by Groupon. We can't process those on our end, and we don't have access to that transaction.

Group events

Group cancellations are tiered by timing: cancel before we send your event instructions and it's a full refund; cancel before the event date and it's partial; cancel the day of and it's less again. Exact tiers are in your group agreement.
