Groups & corporate

Get them out of the conference room.

Everyone knows what a team-building day feels like when it is bad. This one puts your people on real streets, in teams, racing each other — and nobody has to introduce themselves in a circle first. Here is why we build them this way.

What a group hunt is

Same streets, your company on top of them.

A group hunt runs the same way a normal one does — two hours, one to two miles, riddles that only make sense once you are standing in the right spot. What changes is that it is only your people out there, and the hunt has your company written into it.

1

Split into teams

However you want to divide them. Departments against each other, or mixed up on purpose so people talk to someone new.

2

Your own leaderboard

Private to your group. Your teams see each other's scores climbing and nobody else's.

3

Clues about you

We write stops around your company — the milestones, the running jokes, the things only your people would get.

4

Everyone gets the photos

When it is finished we email you a link to your group's photo board. Look through everything your teams shot and download whatever you want.

Why it works on people who hate this sort of thing

Nobody has to perform.

There is no facilitator, no sharing, no standing up in front of the group. There is a riddle, a street, and a team that wants to beat the other team. Quiet people tend to be good at it, which is not usually how these days go.

Offices in more than one city

Everyone out on the same afternoon.

If your teams are spread across cities, each office plays the hunt where they actually are. You will not all be on the same streets, but you will all be out there on the same afternoon — and every team's photos land on the same board afterwards.

Tell us about your group.

How many people, which city, and roughly when. We will come back with a price and what we would write into it.
