What to tell us.
If it is about a specific hunt, the city and the code you are holding is usually all we need. If it is about a group, the rough headcount and the city gets you a real answer instead of a follow-up question. And if you are asking whether a particular route will work for someone with limited mobility, say which city — the answer genuinely differs between downtowns, and we would rather check than guess.
